- Pregnant participants are not allowed under any circumstances.
- For hotel/resort pick-up outside the Bavaro area (e.g Uvero Alto, Cap Cana, Cabeza de Toro), a $10/ adult charge fee will be collected on the day of the excursion. (Kids 3-11 years old are free for this extra charge).
- Any alterations on your original booking will incur a $10 charge fee.

Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion start time will result in NO REFUND. Cancellations made 25-72 hours prior to the excursion start time will incur 25% of the Total Excursion Cost. Cancellations more than 72 hours before the planned excursion will be charged 10% of the Total Excursion Cost.
Change requests must be made more than 24 hours in advance. Any alterations on your original booking will incur a $25 charge fee.
